The Carroll County Democratic Central Committee of Carroll County Maryland is the local organization charged with identifying, recruiting and supporting Democratic candidates for political office.
Our biggest fundraiser of the year is fast approaching! On Thursday, May 3, 2012, the Carroll County Democratic Central Committee will host our annual Jefferson Jackson Dinner at Martin's Westminster. We are very excited to have Congressman Chris Van Hollen (District 8) as our keynote speaker. It will be an evening of socializing with local Democrats, encouraging speeches by elected Democratic officials, music, entertainment, a silent auction and much more. Take some time to peruse our site. The site is currently a work in progress, and one goal is to help keep you up to date on the local issues that affect Carroll County. We also will try to aggregate some of the state and national level issues that affect us as well.
The Democratic Party in Carroll County has become very active and although we are a minority, we are not as small as you might think, and our goal is to make you feel that you are not alone. Thanks for visiting.
